Bowling Center Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Lane Server at Bowlero Corp.

Job Summary: As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

• Taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and closing out transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Learning our menu, promotions, and specials to effectively communicate with guests.
• Routinely checking in with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
• Assisting guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Setting up, stocking, and organizing your assigned work area.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to connect with guests.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• The ability to meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol, as mandated by state law.
