Pool Operations Specialist Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pool Operations Specialist Trainee at Velocity Enterprises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the supervision and care of pool guests, providing first aid and rescue services, teaching swimming lessons for children and adults, and maintaining and upkeeping technical equipment.

As a Pool Operations Specialist Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in administrative tasks, conducting advertising measures, and knowledge of labor law and accident prevention.

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow with our company.

Requirements:

  • Middle school diploma
  • Ability to work in a team

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a monthly salary of $1,218.26 in the first year of training, $1,268.20 in the second year, and $1,314.02 in the third year.

Duration of training: 3 years. For trainees with a middle school diploma, the training period can be shortened by six months, and for trainees with a high school diploma or university entrance qualification, it can be shortened by 12 months.
