IT Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team at Radiant Technologies. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, maintaining, and administering servers and clients in the Windows environment and their associated networks
  • Managing data backup systems to ensure business continuity
  • Administering cloud services, such as Microsoft Office 365, to enhance productivity and collaboration
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software to meet customer needs
  • Performing software-based maintenance and monitoring of customer systems to prevent downtime
  • Providing telephone support and remote assistance to customers
Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
