Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Twinsburg Dental Associates. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and exams, to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other team members to ensure seamless care and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies to provide the highest level of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
