Job Summary:

St. Mary's Health Care System is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time night shift position. As an LPN at St. Mary's, you will have the opportunity to provide direct personal care to residents in all activities of daily living, as prescribed by our facility's philosophies, standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct personal care to residents in all activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with medication management, as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
  • Support residents with their nutritional needs, including meal preparation and feeding assistance.
  • Assist residents with their mobility needs, including transfers and ambulation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity.

Requirements:

  • Current, valid Georgia LPN license.
  • Previous experience in an assisted living facility and/or with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work a night shift schedule, including every other weekend.
