Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical and emotional needs of patients in a fast-paced emergency setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California, with a valid BLS certification.
- At least one year of experience in acute care, preferably in an emergency department setting.
