Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up communications

  • Perform administrative tasks, including faxing, filing, photocopying, and routine mailings
  • Comply with HIPAA and Division guidelines for physician communication
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-high school education or training preferred
  • Minimum six months of applicable work experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
