We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient flow, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient
- Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient and timely check-in and check-out processes
- Support sales and marketing efforts, including participating in marketing opportunities and promoting wellness services
- Complete transactions using point of sale software and maintain accurate patient accounts
- Develop strong relationships with patients, team members, and management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales experience and strong phone and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
- Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
