We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at TKC Holdings, Inc. as a Food Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food items in accordance with assigned work instructions and menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, assist, or instruct team members in the preparation of food items in accordance with departmental work production standards, standardized recipes, and work instructions.
  • Follow assigned facility housekeeping and safety practices in all preparation, oversight, and serving of correctional facility meals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience
  • ServSafe Food Handler certification
