Job Summary

Minds In Motion Global LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team as an Intensive In-Community Provider. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical services, behavioral modification, parent coaching, family therapy, substance abuse assessments, counseling, and biopsychosocial evaluations to recipients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and/or family therapy based on individual needs
  • Work in collaboration with all service agencies involved with the family, such as Care Management Organization (CMO), Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS), Family Support Organization (FSO), Department of Children Protection and Permanency (DCP & P) (Formerly DYFS), but not limited to
  • Follow protocols based on Medicaid guidelines and systems involved, if any, such as CSOC- Children System of Care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a mental health field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling
  • State license in good standing to practice in New Jersey
  • At least two years of experience in mental health services
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be flexible and compliant with supervision requirements (varies based on employment status, certification, and licensing)
  • Must have a valid driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field and a license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Practitioner counseling (LPC) or Licensed in Family Therapy (LFT) in the state of New Jersey
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in providing therapy and counseling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care to clients
Work Environment

This is a part-time to full-time position with the ability to make your own schedule. You will be contracted in various counties and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients.
