Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees and customers
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base

Requirements:
  • Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited college or university
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software
