Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lakeside Health & Rehab Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Supervise and train Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid license to practice in the state of employment.
  • Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
