About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Security Finance. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Maintain accurate and secure office cash handling procedures
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a financial services environment
• Previous customer service experience
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
• A valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Access to a reliable automobile for use on a daily basis
