About the Role

The Surgical Technologist is a vital member of the surgical team, providing technical support to surgeons and other medical professionals during procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare operating rooms and equipment for procedures
  • Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment during procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth procedure execution

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CST certification or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience as a scrub member of a surgical team preferred

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate: $23.25 - $34.00 per hour
  • Eligibility for a $7,500 sign-on bonus

Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, every 6th weekend/holiday/call; 80 hours every 2 weeks
