ABA Therapist

Butterfly Effects is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism spectrum disorder. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, family-centric care that fosters a more joyous life.

We offer a competitive salary range of $19-28 per hour, depending on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field. Additionally, we provide paid training and certification programs, including a 40-hour RBT course and support for gaining Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA).

As an ABA Therapist or Autism Care Specialist, you will work directly with clients building rapport, assisting with daily activities, and implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisitions based on their specific needs. This may involve working one-on-one or in groups in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.
