Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mold Fabricator/Tooling Specialist to join our team at Randstad GS - RIS Team.

This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity on first shift, with hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new tool builds, engineering changes, and repairs
  • Perform preventative maintenance on existing molds
  • Assist in building various mold components on manual mills/lathes/grinders
  • Polish various mold cavities
  • Train mold making apprentices
Requirements
  • Ability to work well in teams to achieve common objectives
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with plastic injection molds
  • Ability to work to tight tolerances (tenths)
