Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our team. As a residential heating and air conditioning specialist, you will be responsible for installing and servicing residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet established deadlines and maintain proper margins.
  • Work safely and efficiently, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the HVAC trade or proven technical similar experience.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Must pass drug and background screening.
  • Proficient in installing/servicing furnaces, air conditioners, and water heaters.
  • Proficient in installing gas pipes and ductwork.
  • General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems.
  • Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
  • Self-starter, hard worker, reliable, and flexible.
  • Strong customer service skills, team player, and leadership skills are a must.
