**Job Summary**
The Clinical Nurse Supervisor is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assign and manage staff to ensure optimal patient care
* Support and develop a collaborative team environment
* Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans
* Manage staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
* Participate in direct patient care and implement patient education
* Maintain a safe and clean environment
* Handle crisis situations and coordinate activities
* Investigate employee concerns and incidents
**Requirements:**
* Current RN license
* Two years of long-term care supervisory experience preferred
* Three to five years of long-term care or similar nursing experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
* Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, transfer and move residents, and perform necessary documentation
* Visual acuity
* Ability to manage a diversity of activities
