Job Title: Senior SRE Engineer

RingCentral is seeking a highly skilled Senior SRE Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and highly available infrastructure solutions using cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure requirements and implement solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure deployment and management.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize infrastructure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with application code.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a focus on scalability, high availability, and performance.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
