Job Title: Sales Associate II

Join Coach, a global fashion house, as a Sales Associate II and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Associate II, you will play a vital role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for every customer.
  • Drive sales by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and current offerings to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support visual merchandising and store operations, ensuring a clean and tidy selling floor at all times.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
