Job Summary:

As a Certified Medication Aide at Trilogy Health Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to safely prepare, administer, and document all medications used in the health campus. You will also be responsible for maintaining resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and ensuring that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely prepare, administer, and document all medications used in the health campus.
Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and ensure that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist.
Follow health campus policies and procedures regarding the destroying of medications.
Participate in daily nursing report and ensure that residents with daily needs such as, but not limited to personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed are attended to.
Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted.
Work collaboratively with a high-quality team to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Travel Requirements:

This role involves travel for work assignments up to two hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable. You will have the opportunity to work in various locations throughout the Company's footprint, including IN, OH, MI, WI, and KY. Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays are available, and mileage and meal reimbursement will be provided if applicable. Lodging accommodations will also be provided by the Company if applicable.
