Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to prevent and detect security breaches.
  • Incident Response: Respond to and investigate security incidents, including disturbances, altercations, and other safety concerns.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with security personnel, management, and other stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Security Operations: Monitor and operate security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patrons, staff, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments, including event management, operations, and maintenance, to ensure a seamless and secure event experience.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance security knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; CLEET certification within six months of hire.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a security role preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, work cooperatively with others, and make common sense decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Certifications: CLEET certification and valid driver's license required.
Working Conditions

The Security Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and may be required to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk, and climb stairs, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
