Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, therapeutic, and age-appropriate patient care through planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary health team to promote wellness and optimize patient outcomes.
- Perform multiple clinical and clerical duties as required, including documentation and communication with patients and families.
- Comply with established policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment, including security of patient belongings.
- Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
- 0-1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, ambulatory, private practice, or home health care setting.
- Current LPN licensure.
