Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assembler/Finisher to join our team at Pennsylvania Transformer Technology LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and finishing transformer coils and tanks, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and finish transformer coils and tanks using mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Use various hand tools, cranes, fork lifts, power tools, hydraulic equipment, air tools, hot oil systems, vacuum pumps, scaffolding, ladders, and battery-powered lifting equipment
  • Process units for testing and prepare for shipping
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Complete all processing and check sheets as required

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • On-the-job training
  • Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Working Conditions:

The employee will be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including ANSI-approved steel toe safety shoes and safety glasses.

Salary: $21.95/Hourly
