Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Executive to lead our Women's Health department at Fdihb. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the delivery of patient care services in the Women's Health department.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Manage and supervise a team of nursing staff to ensure effective and efficient delivery of care.
  • Develop and implement education and training programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Requirements
  • Five (5) years of experience in women's health nursing, with at least two (2) years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
