Position Overview:
The Research Associate will assist academic professionals and scientists in the execution of research projects and studies. This role involves supporting the Evans Allen initiative focused on identifying risk factors associated with childhood obesity and developing marketing strategies for interventions. Key responsibilities include data gathering, analysis, and teamwork within a vibrant research environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Experience in various data collection methods, including surveys and interviews.
- Competence in managing and analyzing research data with statistical software.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive literature reviews and summarize key findings.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration within a research team.
- Passion for childhood obesity prevention and health promotion through innovative marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis applications.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data regarding childhood obesity risk factors.
