Nothing Bundt Cakes Froster Job Overview

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Froster is a key member of our team responsible for creating high-quality cakes that delight our guests. As a Froster, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our bakery by meeting production demands while maintaining superior service standards. We follow a strict proprietary recipe, cake-frosting methods, and food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow NbC proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
• Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixer, and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
• Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards, and maintain frosting and refrigeration logs.
• Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and inform management of any quality control issues.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation, ensure frosting supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift, and wash any equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
