Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse with Riverside Health System, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and pre-examination procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and respond to emergency situations.
Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited institution.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a doctor's office or similar environment.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Active RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
  • CPR/BLS certification from a recognized organization, such as the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
