Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process repair orders from the service coordinator
  • Execute repair tasks adhering to dealership and manufacturer specifications
  • Inform service advisors of any additional work needed or modifications to the original repair strategy
  • Accurately document all completed services
  • Conduct road tests to ensure repair effectiveness
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all services rendered
  • Engage in training sessions and skill development workshops
  • Maintain the cleanliness of customer vehicles
  • Follow safety and cleanliness protocols
  • Comply with all relevant service repair regulations

Qualifications:

  • ASE certifications are advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license required
