As a Line Cook, your primary responsibilities will include preparing fresh daily hand-cut chicken, breading it with our unique seasoning blend, and frying it to perfection in our state-of-the-art fryers. You'll also be responsible for manning our griddle plate, where we toast authentic Texas bread and grill cheese and bacon for our famous club sandwiches.

This role is critical to our success, which is why we've given it an Executive Title: CFO, Chicken Frying Officer. As a member of our team, you'll be part of a fun-loving, non-corporate environment that ensures everyone has a great time while serving our guests.

• Communicate effectively with front cashiers and drive-thru staff regarding customer numbers.
• Keep other cooks informed about food status and speed.
• Assist with prep tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean kitchen, cleaning frequently to ensure a safe working environment.
• Meet or exceed order pace from both front and drive-thru.

• Effective communication skills.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Able to lift and carry 55 pounds.
