Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot PC/Chromebook operating system and hardware problems
  • Resolve printer/scanner/smartboard issues
  • Install and configure software
  • Manage Google Suite (Gsuite for education)
  • Assist staff with technology assets
  • Work from different schools each day
  • Provide support via phone calls and emails

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Familiarity with WiFi and access points
  • Experience using Excel spreadsheets for asset tracking
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
