Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Director to lead our Branch team and drive business growth. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve Branch financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve Branch financial goals and objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure mutual success
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial/oilfield equipment rental and service with at least 2 years of management experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work 7 AM to 5 PM schedule with additional time required according to customer needs

Compensation: Estimated salary range $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
