Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work. They will be responsible for safely and professionally completing home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects within schedule and budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Work independently to complete projects, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • Organize and manage equipment and materials required for projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service, working with clients and teammates to meet their needs
  • Accurately track job progress and collect payments using field service software and tablets

Requirements:
  • Good overall knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work
  • Possess necessary tools and understand how to safely and properly utilize them
  • Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and basic mathematical and English language skills
  • Strong work ethic, excellent time management, and self-reliance
  • Able to safely perform physical labor, including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders, and handling tools
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Pass background screening
