Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations related to material forecasting, sourcing, and procurement of goods and services.
- Conduct thorough analysis and research to uncover spending trends and translate findings into actionable initiatives.
- Engage in RFP processes, manage invoicing, and address various ad-hoc requests.
- Lead efforts to enhance inventory management processes and operational workflows.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key suppliers, OEMs, and industry peers.
- Oversee the supplier onboarding process, ensuring compliance with necessary insurance and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to established procurement and inventory management protocols.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of supply chain market dynamics and their potential implications for the organization.
- Assist in preparing material forecasts and managing the consumption of goods and services across various departments.
- Consolidate bills of materials to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Propose process enhancements and support agreed-upon changes.
- Oversee month-end activities, including outstanding invoices and accruals.
