In this role, you will uphold the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will play a crucial role in our Complete Clean Pledge, exceeding our rigorous cleaning protocols to ensure the health and safety of all.
Your responsibilities will include washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles of various sizes, ensuring they meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards and are safe for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking candidates for immediate openings.
Specific duties include:
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors according to Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors to meet cleanliness standards
- Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior, which may include cars, vans, and trucks.
- Inspect fuel levels and warning lights; check for windshield damage; reset vehicle settings to clear previous customer data; check for personal items and place valuables in Lost & Found; verify that registration is current and matches the license plate.
- Fuel and stage vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report any warning lights or damage; pull vehicles from the prep process as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and report any unsafe conditions
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure availability of cleaning and sanitization supplies
- Assist customers as needed, which may include transporting them to and from branches
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the site, including general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors
Site appearance responsibilities include:
- Cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, bathrooms, and other areas; vacuuming and sweeping the lot, along with any other tasks related to daily cleanliness
Additional Responsibilities:
- Seek to enhance job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
