Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at U.S. Security Care. As an HR Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruiting and background investigations efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruiting candidates for hourly, part-time, and seasonal positions.
  • Arrange candidate interviews and utilize various social media and professional networking platforms to source candidates.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records and meet regularly with management to understand staffing models and growth projections.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to promote our company and attract top talent.
  • Process background clearances and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years' experience in recruiting, call center, customer service, or backgrounds experience.
  • Ability to execute successful sourcing strategies and maintain strong professional networks.
  • Demonstrate dependability, good judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, ATS database management, and internet searches.
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree or relevant years of experience.
