Job Summary
This role offers an opportunity to join our exceptional team as a Survey Project Manager.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage projects, staff, and clients in our Concord, NH location.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in land surveying and project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage budget, scope, and schedule for small to large land survey projects.
- Oversee project staff and ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform analysis and interpretation of public records research.
- Certify work completed by staff members.
- Keep accurate records and sketches to describe and certify work performed.
- Coordinate field crews and Survey Technicians.
- Ensure quality control and perform field checks.
- Coordinate survey efforts with other groups in an integrated services environment.
- Have the ability to perform 'field to finish' land surveying.
Requirements
- Be a licensed land surveyor in NH (LLS).
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Valid Driver's License.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
