Dentist Position at Stanley Correctional Institution

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team at the Stanley Correctional Institution in Stanley, WI. As a General Dentist, you will oversee the practice of general dentistry, monitor dental disease, restore and maintain dental function, and promote the dental health and well-being of persons in our care.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting examinations and evaluations upon admission and at periodic intervals.
- Performing diagnostic, preventive, restorative, periodontic, endodontic, prosthodontic, adjunctive, emergency, and oral surgery procedures.
- Referring specialized orthodontic and complex treatments to community specialists.
- Directing clinical activities of ancillary dental personnel.
- Submitting monthly and annual dental activity reports.
- Providing dental health education on an individual and group basis.
- Maintaining dental equipment, directing infection control procedures, and eliminating biohazards.
- Assisting the Dental Director in related duties when not providing direct dental care.
Employment Details:
Interested dentists will initially work directly for Complete Mobile Dentistry for 26 weeks, with the option to transition to direct employment with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at the end of this period if desired.

Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin licensure in Dentistry or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure.
- Experience in general dentistry practices.
