**Job Description**
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a talented Senior Physical Therapist to join our team in Richmond, California. As a key member of our rehabilitation services department, you will provide physical therapy services to patients and assist in the development and implementation of departmental patient care programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Delegate tasks to support staff as needed to ensure efficient delivery of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of experience in physical therapy.
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in California.
- Basic life support certification.
- National provider identifier.
