Your role at Sephora: As a Cosmetic Consultant, you will assist clients in uncovering the transformative power of beauty. This position focuses on crafting individualized experiences for each client. Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer Tailored Beauty Consultations: Comprehend clients' beauty aspirations and suggest products that enhance their appearance and confidence.
  • Exhibit Product Application: Display your proficiency in makeup techniques and skincare regimens.
  • Stay Informed on Beauty Trends: Be among the first to learn about the latest beauty innovations and offerings at Sephora.
  • Provide Outstanding Client Service: Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
  • Engage in Sales and Promotional Activities: Participate in dynamic sales events and promotions.
  • BOPIS and Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional service when clients arrive to collect their orders.
  • Maintain Store Presentation: Assist in keeping a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior relevant work experience, ideally in retail
  • Enthusiasm for client service and beauty.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Adaptability and the capacity to respond to situations promptly.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$ $20.50/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or location.
Sephora now offers a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week. This flexibility allows you to balance your work schedule with other commitments. This could be a steppingstone into a more permanent position if you are looking for more in the future.
