We are seeking a skilled Hairstylist/Colorist to join our team at Fantastic Sams Cut & Color - Shelbyville.

• As a Hairstylist/Colorist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• You will work closely with our team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Our salon is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize goal setting and proven guest experience systems to achieve goals in color percentage, average ticket, and production-per-hour.
• Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on services and products that meet their hair concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.
• Work effectively with technology, including salon scheduling software, tablets, and credit card machines.
• Manage social media presence and promote salon events and promotions.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through regular communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license or Barber license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
