**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled HandymanMaintenance Technician to join our team at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our rental properties are well-maintained and in excellent condition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on our rental properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Respond to work orders and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Provide excellent customer service to our tenants and ensure their satisfaction with our maintenance services.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
