About the Role:

The New Washington State Bank Inc. is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining the efficient operations of our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Promote good customer relations by consistently providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Transaction Processing: Process transactions such as checking and savings deposits/withdrawals, loan payments, night drops, cash advances, and issue personal money orders and cashier's checks.
• Branch Operations: Perform daily responsibilities to maintain the efficient operations of the branch, including maintaining accurate records, managing cash and inventory, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of prior customer service experience, preferably as a teller.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications, and ability to learn and effectively use software tools.
