Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Compute pay according to company policy and union contract, compile and prepare payroll data, process payroll deductions, and review payroll for accuracy.
  • Financial Operations: Perform balance sheet reconciliations, daily cash balance analysis, and process daily banking duties.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare government reports, perform accounts payable backup duties, and process depreciation, capital budget, and credit card backup duties.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow to ensure efficient financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or four or more years of related experience and/or training.
  • Skills and Qualifications: UltiPro payroll experience, ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and calculate figures and amounts.
  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Database software and UltiPro or equivalent Payroll System.
