Job Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities in the Rockville, Maryland area. Your duties will include:

  • Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs.
  • Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents.
  • Administering and properly verifying medications and monitoring their effects.
  • Reviewing residents' charts and medical records.
  • Assisting with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Maryland state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
  • A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role).
