We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Write accurate and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
- Conduct process reviews to ensure quality and efficiency
- Check in customer vehicles and complete necessary paperwork
- Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication to customers
- Immediately eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits
- Industry-comparable pay, paid weekly

- Paid skilled trainings and certifications, including I-CAR

- 2+ years of collision estimating experience, sales experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process and procedures
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand instructions, written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
