Unique Opportunity for a Full Time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated physical therapist to join our team at Proliance Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation in Bellevue. Our clinic is committed to providing exceptional patient care and exceptional customer service, and we believe that our staff retention and community service are key to achieving this goal.

This is a rare opportunity because of our staff retention, however, we have recently moved to a larger facility creating more capacity for patient care. We are located in the same building and work closely with orthopedic surgeons treating many post-operative patients. This has allowed us to work with the surgeons to develop and refine post-operative rehabilitation protocols and the opportunity exists for research and community outreach as well.

We are looking for a physical therapist who has a skill set in gait analysis and custom foot orthotics, as well as those seeking an opportunity to work closely with our spine surgeons and physiatrists to develop comprehensive spine care programs. Our excellent benefit package includes a competitive base salary and a generous bonus plan, as well as medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401(k) matching program, and profit sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients
  • Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and physiatrists to develop and refine post-operative rehabilitation protocols
  • Participate in research and community outreach initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive spine care programs

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
  • Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington
  • Experience in gait analysis and custom foot orthotics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
