Caregiver Qualifications:

  • Valid State Certification to work as a Caregiver in Washington
  • Completion of COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses or single J&J dose)
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and possess strong communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass annual background checks
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Must have a cell/smartphone with internet access for clocking in/out via app
  • Meet all necessary training requirements
