The Opportunity

As one of the first ultrasound technologists on this growing team at One Medical, you will have an opportunity to bring more of what our members have come to love and expect: convenient access to world-class care.

As part of our team, the ultrasound technologist will demonstrate ownership for ultrasound practice at One Medical through the provision of quality imaging care in a progressive and human-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and record diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including extremity and extremity venous, abdominal, intravaginal/pelvic (non-OB), soft tissue, scrotal, thyroid, lumps, and bumps.
  • Ensure ultrasound tests are of high diagnostic quality.
  • Effectively explain exams and communicate procedures to members while preparing and positioning members for diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Maintain member records in One Medical's in-house EMR and the image storage platform.
  • Proactively inspect and maintain imaging equipment, diagnose malfunctions, and communicate with office leadership regarding any equipment needs.
  • Collaborate with providers, administrative assistants, phlebotomists, and telerad vendor partners to provide the best patient experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-time experience practicing as an Ultrasound Technician.
  • Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Tech Program within the United States and corresponding knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
  • Current Registration in American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, with certification in abdominal and pelvic examination.
  • Current BLS certification required.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm PDT.

Shift:

Weekdays (Monday - Friday) with the potential requirement to work some weekend shifts in the future.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base hourly range for this role is $63.00 to $69.00 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
