Bell Nursery is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser-Seasonal to join our team. As a Merchandiser-Seasonal, you will be responsible for the visual merchandising, unloading, and stocking shipments of live goods, as well as providing excellent customer service to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Bell merchandising standards to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Unload product deliveries manually or with assistance, and stock shipments of live goods
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our retail partners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Advocate for watering standards to sustain live goods and maintain accurate inventory
  • Communicate with leadership regarding execution daily, and participate in team meetings to discuss progress and goals
Requirements
  • Must have a functioning smartphone and be able to download and use payroll and inventory applications
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays
  • Enjoy working outdoors and have access to reliable transportation (includes public transportation)
  • Have a strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and with teams
Physical Demands

The Merchandiser-Seasonal will be required to bend, twist, turn, climb, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the workday.

Environmental Conditions

The Merchandiser-Seasonal will work in a variety of environmental conditions, including inside and outside, with exposure to wet, dry, heat, humid, cold, dust, and changing temperature.
